Each Msafiri piece seeks to carry forward the versatility, durability, and beauty of traditional fabrics or techniques and integrate them with modern designs and silhouettes
For Coastal Edit 1, we went beyond our usual deep-dive into handwoven fabrics, and worked with a crochet artist and jewellery designer who share the same ideals
Msafiri means 'traveller'
From Gujarat to West Bengal, Telangana to Punjab - our travels have led us to generations of craftspeople using age-old techniques of weaving, printing, and dyeing. They are our primary inspirations and important torchbearers of India's textile tradition.Â
Sourced at fair-prices directly from these communities, our collections have spanned Chanderi, Organic Cottons & Linens, Mulberry, Khadi, & Tussar Silks, Kantha, Chikankari, Ikat, and Handblock Prints.Â
